I work across product, brand, media, and AI because the problems worth solving rarely arrive in one medium. My job is to find the hidden logic in a behavior, story, culture, or organization, then turn it into something people can use.
That can mean an interface that makes a complex decision easier, a product system that gives a team clearer signals, or a media format that helps a city make sense of itself. The measure is not novelty. It is whether people leave with more clarity, confidence, and agency than they had before.

Medium-Agnostic Execution
The methodology works regardless of the medium. The same practice that builds brand systems and product architecture also builds production software, because the underlying operation is identical: extract the hidden logic, turn it into infrastructure.
At Amazon, I identified a structural redundancy problem that resisted top-down enforcement. Teams were autonomous, tech stacks had diverged, and no one had cross-cutting visibility. The solution wasn't a proposal or a deck. It was a running system: a seven-phase Library Audit Tool with scoring dimensions, state machines, clustering algorithms, stale detection, and leadership-ready report generation. Each phase translated an organizational behavior into a technical constraint. The medium was TypeScript. The practice was the same.
The real flex is not “designer who codes.”
It’s: systems thinker who builds in whatever medium the problem demands.
