I BUILD SYSTEMSFOR THINGS THATDON'T HAVE ASTRUCTURE YET.

The practice is meaning-to-system design.
The methodology is narrative physics.

I translate meaning into infrastructure — turning stories, behaviors, identities, and cultural signals into products that can be used, scaled, and felt.
One capability across multiple domains: extracting the hidden operating logic inside a problem, then turning it into a system people can use.
Staff Product Systems
I design at scale inside complex organizations. I focus on product logic, interface architecture, and component systems built for environments where the margin for ambiguity is zero. I am most useful where product behavior, organizational ambiguity, interface logic, and system constraints need to become one coherent operating model. This is not a portfolio of pretty screens. It is a ledger of decisions made under constraint, at scale, with measurable outcomes.
AGNC Studio
Strategic brand engineering and interface design for founders who need their positioning to function as infrastructure, not decoration. The work starts by extracting the rules already hidden inside the brand — then turning those rules into identity, product logic, content systems, and commercial architecture. AGNC operates at the intersection of design execution and commercial architecture for builders who need systems that hold under pressure.
Designing Clarity from Heartbreak
A memoir and methodology for people rebuilding from the inside out. Not a self-help book. Not a breakup manual. A narrative operating system — written from the wreckage of losing everything that was never actually mine to keep, and building something coherent from what remained. The book is the narrative layer. The app is the extraction layer — turning reflection into live identity preferences, decisions, and self-understanding.
Lab Spotlight
A recent experiment from Arc/02, framed for the main site instead of dropped in as a separate world.
URLTV: Narrative Physics
A WebGL prototype turning live crowd energy into DOM physics.
Moving beyond static video players, this framework reads live audio telemetry from a URLTV battle to drive real-time WebGL physics.
When the room's energy peaks, the UI reacts—erupting in Cartesian plasma fire and physically shattering the video frame into falling glass shards using pure vanilla JavaScript.*
Selected Work
I'm most useful when the problem has scale, stakes, and real complexity — whether that's a SaaS platform, a brand that needs a spine, or a world you're trying to bring to life on screen.

SuperCrew Studio
The Missing Frontend for AI Services
A white-label 'mission control' layer for AI dev shops and automation studios that turns invisible agent workflows into a client-safe, branded product surface.

A place for people to come together to watch, chat, and interact with their favorite user-created TV streams.
Brand leadership, UX direction, and multi-device product design for a social internet TV platform.
View case studyAngel Compass
Angel Compass is a real-world intelligence engine for choosing where to go, when to go, and why a place fits the moment you are in.
It translates venues, timing, atmosphere, and social weather into usable guidance — turning restaurants, bars, lounges, events, and neighborhood patterns into a living map of real-world possibility.
The system reads more than location. It accounts for crowd behavior, environmental factors, field logs, mission fit, and temporary moments that change what a venue becomes from one hour to the next.
Angel Compass is not a review app. It is the decision layer for navigating the social city.
Shonen.js
A CSS+JS animation and rendering framework designed to introduce cinematic physics and spatial depth into standard DOM environments. Shonen.js productizes visual impact — transforming flat, event-driven interfaces into highly reactive, physical environments. The architecture enables developers to deploy complex fluid dynamics, impact states, and particle systems seamlessly without relying on shallow, basic CSS transitions. It is not a standard UI animation library. It is a narrative physics engine for the web.
PULS
PULS is a moment infrastructure layer for turning presence, participation, identity, and consent into responsive digital systems.
It is designed for a future where users do not just interact with experiences — they control what they contribute, how they are remembered, and when their participation can be revoked.
Originally conceived for entertainment and social environments, the framework turns real-time behavior into permissioned interaction layers for live experiences, venues, media, fandom, and culture.
Type Zero
A solarpunk anime universe set in the aftermath of a planetary survival event — where advanced infrastructure, spectral technology, and engineered social systems quietly shape everyday life. Built across animation, interactive systems, and evolving fan participation, Type Zero is designed as a living storyverse: one that extends beyond the screen into community, identity, and real-world interaction.
It is also the mythic testbed for PULS: a storyworld where fan identity, participation, and canon-safe presence are treated as native infrastructure.

Anthony Gracey-Wright
Anthony Gracey-Wright is a product designer, brand strategist, and systems storyteller based in Atlanta. Most of his work starts with the same question: if this works, what does it prove? His practice turns meaning systems into operating systems — across products, brands, books, tools, and worlds. Before he touches anything, he builds the world it lives in. Everything that follows is just those answers made physical.
